Our shipping service is carried out by Correios (Brazilian Postal Service), and the delivery times and fees vary according to the location and the chosen shipping method (PAC/SEDEX). Your package will be shipped within 05 business days after payment confirmation. Once posted, we will send your tracking code via email.

returns and exchanges

In case of exchange or return, please send us an email within 07 calendar days to with your order number, and we will get in touch with you. The shipping cost for exchanges due to defects, dissatisfaction, or regret is covered by us. The consumer can exchange the item for the same product in other color or size options, subject to availability in our stock, or choose another product(s) of equal value to the original purchase amount, with any difference in cost being paid by the consumer using their preferred payment method. Since most of our items are handmade or produced in limited quantities, we cannot guarantee the exact replacement of your order with the same variant. If you are not satisfied, you can cancel your purchase within 5 business days after receiving the product. In this case, the product must be in the exact condition it was sent, without any marks or signs of use, and after this evaluation, we will exchange it for a new product or refund your money.

Please note that we do not offer exchanges for items purchased on promotion.
